Easy Homemade Chicken Ramen

You read that right! I said 20 minutes. Any meal that I can make in 20 minutes or less has my name written all over it. Who in the world wants to stand there and make a 2 hour ramen meal? Ramen is supposed to quick, tasty, and foolproof. So if I was going to make a fancy ramen bowl, y’all better bet I made it simple.

Let’s be honest, ramen is addicting but not the healthiest. So how about we ditch the crack pack, (that’s my made-up name for the seasoning packets) and load the pot with kale, carrots, mushrooms, and a much healthier seasoning. Don’t fret, you’ll still have your slurping delicious ramen cause this homemade version taste 10x better!

On another note, I am so excited to be back to blogging! My blog is my baby, and I have neglected it in the last few of months. Some major events happened in my life that were out of my control, and I couldn’t continue working on it like I wanted to. 2016 was a roller coaster for me, but I am happy to leave it behind and start 2017 doing what I love. More cooking, recipes, and blogging. 🙂
